How it works?

In a drag finishing machine, individual workpieces are securely clamped onto holders attached to a rotating carousel. As the carousel moves, the parts are immersed in a work bowl filled with abrasive media. The combination of rotational movement and media interaction allows for rapid material removal, polishing, deburring, and edge rounding—all while preventing part-to-part contact. The process parameters, such as speed, pressure, and duration, can be precisely controlled to achieve consistent and repeatable results.
