How it work?

The ET 100 RB operates with a rotating troughed belt that gently tumbles components in front of a high-performance blast wheel. As the belt moves, each part is evenly exposed to a pressurised mix of water and abrasive media, removing surface contaminants. The process continues with a rinse using filtered water from an integrated spray bar and finishes with a short air blow-off for drying. Process water collected beneath the chamber is continuously cleaned and recirculated, ensuring consistent blasting quality and cost efficiency.
