How it work?

The ET 4 K Satellite Wet Shot Blasting System operates as a multi-station, clocked system where components are mounted on rotating satellite tables inside separate chambers. While one chamber is being loaded or unloaded, others perform blasting, washing, and rinsing simultaneously. Heated process water mixed with abrasive ensures efficient surface cleaning, followed by a filtered rinse and compressed air blow-off for quick drying. The process water is continuously filtered and reused through three dedicated tanks for reliable, sustainable performance.
