How it work?

The ET 6650 Overhead Conveyor Wet Blasting System uses a hanging manipulator that rotates and moves components through the blasting zone. Two blast wheels project a controlled mix of water and abrasive media for thorough cleaning on all surfaces. A spray and blow-off register rinses and partially dries the parts using heated process water and compressed air. The residual heat completes drying naturally, while process water is continuously filtered and reused for sustainable, efficient operation.
